This type of winemaking makes use of the modern and very effecient wine kit that contains a juice concentrate that is to be mixed with 75% water. Juice
The alternative and more traditional way of winemaking is to use 100% juice crushed directly from grapes. Although making wine from pure juice takes longer, about 8-10 weeks, the result is unmatched. Select the following brand to see our available varieties.
Ice Wine
Ice wine is a special variety of wine that is also known as a dessert wine. It is very sweet and is made from pure grape juice, but it differs from regular grape juice in that it is squeezed from frozen grapes which extracts an even sweeter juice with a higher concentration of sugar.
